Clients who complete a minimum of six weeks in our residential programme, followed by the included 30-week continuing care plan, and adhere to their personalised recovery strategy can trust that we are with them for the long haul.
Should clients relapse within one year of completing their residential treatment and find themselves returning to alcohol, drug use or addictive behaviours, they are eligible to return for up to four additional weeks of intensive treatment, free of charge.*

The guarantee excludes:

- Prescription costs
