Treatment Costs
NEOVIVA focuses on providing the highest quality of treatment. We follow a comprehensive, all-inclusive approach with prices from 27’250 Swiss francs per week for our basic Signature Programme. This fee includes a range of services designed to ensure the best outcome of your treatment, such as:
- Thorough medical, psychiatric, and psychological assessments
- Multiple 1:1 counselling sessions per week with your key therapist
- Weekly progress and medical reviews
- Daily group and recovery sessions
- Daily complimentary sessions, including mindfulness exercises, personal training, Shinrin Yoku and Equine Therapy
- Therapeutic and meaningful leisure activities during weekends
- Private ensuite accommodation with full board
- VIP transfer service to and from any Swiss airport or train station
In addition to the above, a comprehensive medical check-up will be conducted. The duration of the check-up will be determined by the Medical Team after the Clinical Interview. This health assessment is mandatory and will be added to the overall cost.
Security deposit
To optimise your experience, we request a security deposit, a practical solution guaranteeing a seamless process. The deposit will be fully refunded upon the completion of your onsite treatment, with deductions strictly limited to unforeseen expenses outside the scope of your proposal, such as non-treatment-related medical emergencies, extra therapeutic resources, or special requests. We ensure that any extra charges are communicated and agreed upon in advance.
Payment and Insurance Cover
NEOVIVA requires pre-payment in full before the start of treatment. Some clients have been able to receive partial or full reimbursement by their insurance provider. However, these enquiries have to be made by the patients themselves, NEOVIVA is happy to provide support and documentation about the scope of the treatment.
