Morné is the person colleagues turn to when something needs organising, fixing or improving. As Operations Manager, he is the steady force keeping NEOVIVA’s systems running efficiently. Behind the scenes, he orchestrates IT, finance and facilities.

Originally from South Africa, Morné has over 20 years of IT and operations experience in healthcare, technology and premium retail. His healthcare background, including managing a psychologist’s private practice, has given him a strong understanding of confidentiality and sensitive communication.

Calm under pressure and meticulous by nature, Morné listens carefully before acting. He assesses unexpected issues, establishes priorities and works methodically towards thoughtful solutions. His patience, eye for detail, and ability to see the bigger picture make him a natural problem solver. He thrives on variety, handles multiple challenges well, and genuinely enjoys days that take unexpected turns.

Beyond the office, Morné treasures time with his partner and young daughter, enjoys tinkering with small app projects, and searching for a horror film that will give him a real scare.
