Dr. med. Andrea Dzaja
Medical Director
Andrea is the kind of person who brings both heart and knowledge into every room she enters. Clients trust her not just because of her deep clinical expertise, but because they feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. With her warm smile, thoughtful presence, and wholehearted commitment to people, she shapes NEOVIVA’s medical approach with both compassion and conviction.
As Medical Director, Andrea is responsible for the quality and direction of NEOVIVA’s medical and clinical care. She ensures that our processes are safe, effective, and truly centred on the individual, always balancing medical rigour with a deeply human touch.
Her broad medical background — with experience in psychiatry, gynaecology, and neurology — gives her a finely tuned understanding of both mental and physical health. She is endlessly curious about the human mind, fascinated by its complexity and resilience — a trait that serves her well as a psychiatrist and makes her work both insightful and deeply attentive. But what truly sets Andrea apart is her unwavering focus on people. The care of our clients is at the heart of everything she does, and she works tirelessly to ensure they receive treatment that is safe, modern, meaningful, and dignified.
Andrea works with sincerity, not ego. She is naturally collaborative, deeply supportive of her colleagues, and always looking for ways to grow and improve. Serious when it counts and quick to share a hearty laugh, she brings a warmth that balances the weight of her role — and reminds us all what good care really looks like.
