Where are you located?
Our clinic is in a private part of a hotel above the shores of Lake Lucerne in central Switzerland.
How do I get to NEOVIVA?
Our Client Relations team will be happy to discuss your travel arrangements. We can pick you up from an airport (Zurich Airport is about an hour away), we can also pick you up from a train station or even from home.
As we provide transport during your stay, we would kindly ask you not to bring your vehicle.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes! We are happy to accommodate well-behaved pets, and your dog will sleep with you in your room. Please ask our Client Relations staff about the details and services we can provide for your pet.
Can my family stay with me?
Do I have a private room?
Yes, our rooms are single occupancy en-suite rooms that enjoy fantastic views over Lake Lucerne and the mountains beyond.
How much leisure time do I have?
Even though our treatment programme is intense, you will have enough time for yourself every day. We have a specially prepared leisure programme that includes more touristic activities on weekends. The area where we are is full of great adventures, beautiful views, mountains, the lake and offers itself for many exciting or relaxed excursions. Our park and the surrounding area are great for walks or just sitting on a bench to enjoy the view, have a chat or relax.
I understand you are located in a hotel open to the public; how can you assure discretion?
We are in a private part of the hotel, where other guests have no access. No signs indicate what we do, and nobody from the public knows why you are there.
All staff of NEOVIVA complies with doctor-patient confidentiality; all documentation is stored with multiple levels of security, and the hotel staff is under the same confidentiality rule as we are. The hotel is host to many seminars, and you may just be a participant. We have our own table during mealtimes, as do the seminars, and again, there is no indication you are at NEOVIVA or why.
Do I have email access, and can I receive phone calls during the treatment program?
During treatment sessions, we ask you to leave your phone in your room or switch it off completely, but during breaks or leisure time, you may, of course, use your digital devices.
Can I stay connected to work while at NEOVIVA?
We understand that many of our clients have many responsibilities and may be running their own business and need to take care of their professional duties. Should you be unable to arrange a complete timeout for the duration of your stay with us, we may be able to accommodate your needs. Please get in touch with our Client Relations team about our Executive Programme. They will be happy to explain the details to you.
Do you have a dress code?
We believe that proper casual attire is important. Just as our staff is appropriately dressed, we ask our clients to do the same.
