Your conversation with one of our caring Client Relations representative will always be completely confidential, and we will never share any information with anyone you have not expressively permitted us to communicate with. During this first phase of getting in touch with us, we will inform you of our available treatment models, the cost of your stay, how the admission process works and answer any further questions you might have.
Initial Consultation
The next step is your initial consultation where you will speak with one of our clinicians in order to determine whether NEOVIVA is your best possible option for treatment. A series of detailed questions will help us understand your needs and what treatment services best complement your stay with us.
Offer
Following your first consultation and before you commit to treatment, you will receive a personalised offer, detailing our services. Your personal Client Relations contact will walk you through any questions you may have about the offer and your stay, the most suitable date of intake for your treatment.
Travel to NEOVIVA
Before your journey we will assist you with preparations and queries you may have about visas or other travel-related issues. A transfer service from any Swiss airport is included in our service package. Should you prefer to be picked up from your place of residence, we are happy to provide this service.
Intake
Upon your arrival, a comprehensive mental health assessment will be performed at NEOVIVA as well as additional medical tests in one of our partner clinics. This helps us to exclude any underlying health concerns and to become aware of health issues that need to be addressed during treatment. Some of these may point to nutritional deficiencies, such as a lack of essential vitamins or other micronutrients that can lead to dysregulation of your metabolism. The results of the medical tests will also reveal other general health aspects. These insights create the foundation for the individualised formulation of your treatment.
Intakes at NEOVIVA can take place any day of the week, depending on the availability of treatment places. At NEOVIVA, we take our commitment to treat very seriously and will only admit someone when we can assure the level of treatment required.
Cost of treatment & payment options
Several factors influence the total cost of your treatment, such as the duration of your stay, the need for medical detoxification, adding our Family Programme or Continuing Care to your treatment plan. However, we will ensure that you are aware of the total cost before you commit to treatment at NEOVIVA.
