Does my health insurance cover NEOVIVA?

Even though we are a licensed medical facility, we are an exclusively private pay clinic. Payment must be through you; we do not accept insurance. However, if you wish to enquire whether your health insurance covers any of the costs, we can provide you with your treatment documentation, but you will have to approach your health insurance yourself.

Is there a way to pay for treatment anonymously? I do not wish for my bank to find out I've been to therapy.

Yes, we have that possibility. Contact our Client Relations team, and they are happy to walk you through the simple process.

Do I need a visa to come for treatment?

Most nationals do not require a visa for entry to Switzerland. However, if you are planning an extended stay or come from a country where a permit is required for entry, our Client Relations team will assist you in obtaining the relevant information.

Do you treat minors at NEOVIVA?
At NEOVIVA we assess each client individually. Please reach out to us and we will discuss the treatment options that suit you best.
What do I need to bring to treatment?

Our Client Relations team can give you all the necessary details and send you a list with suggested items to bring and what not to bring.

Is there something I am not allowed to bring?

We have strict rules about what you cannot bring with you. Alcohol, drugs and pornography are among the things not to bring. We do this to ensure your safety and create a comfortable environment for recovery.

What if I don't like it at NEOVIVA?

During your pre-intake communication with our Client Relations team, the pre-assessment and preparatory stages for your stay with us, we try to make sure that you will find precisely what you need at NEOVIVA. In the unlikely case that you do not like it at NEOVIVA, our terms and conditions clearly state your options. Please ask our client relations team to give you the details.

Do you offer medical detox?

During your assessment, we will determine together with you whether a medical detox is necessary. This is primarily determined by the severity of your dependence. Should you require around-the-clock medically managed and supervised detox, we will organise this with one of our partner clinics. As soon as the initial detox is completed, we will begin your treatment programme at NEOVIVA.
